  Cross/step R over left, recover onto L, step R to R side, hold.
  Step fwd on L, ¼ pivot to R, step fwd on L ½ pivot to R. (9:00)

 (9 – 18)   VINE LEFT – SCUFF – LOCK FORWARD – HOLD:
  Step L to L, step R behind L, step L to L, scuff R ft fwd.
